| #1 | I wanted to do some fishing up toward the mts. this weekend. Didn't know what would be the best lake/river to catch some fish. Trying to do something different and wanted to see if some of you had any ideas.... Thanks, SBM

| #2 | The striper are running up the rivers on Hartwell. Look for them to be schooling or hanging out between 20 to 30 feet.
The crappie have moved into the shallows and the back of the creeks on Hartwell and Keowee. Try finding brush in the creek channels or fishing around docks.
If you are looking to fish for trout in a river go to the sc dnr website. They post a weekly stocking report on there.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Hey Murph, it may be worth your time going after those linesides. Went yesterday and caught fourteen from 9am to 3pm on planer boards, freelines, and downrods. |

Yeah, I went sunday as well up the Seneca River arm of the lake. Caught 7 and it was a tough bite all day. I'll be back at it soon. |
